Shytoshi Kusama, the elusive leader of the Shiba Inu (SHIB), has announced plans for possibly the most ambitious podcast series to date. The series will explore the complexity of the Shiba Inu ecosystem. With 44 episodes scheduled starting this Monday, it promises deep dives into technological advancements and the role of TREAT, the highly anticipated token to be part of the ecosystem.
In an X post (formerly Twitter), Kusama gave some insight into what to expect from the podcast. In the weekly schedule, different themes each day keep the communities glued. It will also include memes on Mondays, a humorous way of beginning the week. Tuesdays will be spent on the TREAT token, showing what place it occupies in the structure. Thursdays will discuss technology, while Fridays will be reserved for shout-outs and follow-ups on the communities’ contributions. Spirituality and philosophy take center stage on Saturday, adding reflection as a dimension, while Sunday is kept for tournaments, calling on competitive participation.
Despite being an artist famous for her reclusive nature, Kusama seemed very excited with the idea of the podcast. He said in another post, “Time to stop being Shy…” Till now, this is a different kind of engagement by Kusama, allowing the community of Shiba Inu to get more personal.
Shiba Inu Expands with Shib The Metaverse
This is a timely announcement for the Shiba Inu ecosystem. In December, Shiba Inu launched its virtual world, ‘Shib The Metaverse,’ which allowed users to experience an immersive feel on its Layer-2 blockchain, Shibarium. It is a platform that bridges the real and virtual worlds through the interaction of users via their digital avatars. The continuous innovations within the ecosystem prove that it has bigger aspirations than just being a meme-based cryptocurrency.
The mystery surrounding Shytoshi Kusama has long created a sensation in the crypto community, which was further fuelled after Kusama appeared publicly in Japan earlier this year, their identity hidden behind a Batman-style mask. The podcast, along with other ecosystem developments, sends out a signal that Shiba Inu is committed to a transparency and community approach while it cements its place in the blockchain space.
At the time of writing, Shiba Inu (SHIB) was trading at $0.000022, with a 24-hour trading volume of $403,673,893, despite a dip in the last 24 hours by 1.58%.
The community keeps the mood, while with the podcast promising to finally reveal the vision and innovation of the ecosystem, 2024 should be pretty interesting regarding Shiba Inu.
